Data Flow & Hosting Model

To address the core enterprise question — “Where does my data go?” — ChordianAI provides strict, transparent data-handling guarantees.

Data Location

• All customer data is processed and stored exclusively within the region selected by the customer
• EU clients — hosted on AWS in EU regions (e.g., Frankfurt, Ireland)
• US clients — hosted on AWS US regions
• No cross-region movement is performed unless explicitly configured by the customer

Data Ownership & Isolation

• The customer retains full ownership of all data
• Data is isolated per organization using dedicated namespaces and access policies
• No customer data is used to train any internal or third-party models

Data Handling in Workflows

• Data enters ChordianAI only when explicitly sent through a connector or via API
• Workflows (Search → Analyze → Optimize → Orchestrate) operate inside the customer’s data region
• Output agents never send data externally unless configured by the customer
